EARLY INTERVENTION

Through playful activities and early language strategies, we can help your little one speak their first word, combine words, and play with others! Early intervention focuses on establishing skills like pointing, gesturing, signing, speaking, and playing We also help parents and caregivers build new communication skills at home during daily activities.

Does your child stutter when they speak or have a hard time making speech sounds? Our speech therapy sessions combine fun activities with evidence-based treatments to achieve clear speech. Speech therapy will help your child use all age-appropriate speech sounds, speak with less tension, use their voice correctly, reduce tongue thrust, and gain confidence in their communication!
LANGUAGE THERAPY
COMPREHENSION • EXPRESSION • SOCIAL SKILLS
We support listening and understanding; speaking and writing; and social communication. Through individualized therapy activities, your child can communicate more effectively in all areas of life. Language therapy will help your child broaden their vocabulary; comprehend what they hear and read; form organized sentences; ask and answer questions; and use language in a variety of social situations.

I am a pediatric speech therapist with over 19 years of experience evaluating and treating children with communication disorders.

I founded Speech 4 Kiddos because I am passionate about connecting with children and families. I love helping them achieve goals that make big and meaningful differences in their lives! My team and I are dedicated to designing effective and fun therapy sessions, collaborating with other professionals, and putting families first.

Step One
Please use the contact form to get in touch, or give us a call at (503) 272-1867. We will listen to your concerns and share about our services.
Step Two
If we agree that our services are a good fit for your family, we will schedule an evaluation session and/or weekly speech therapy sessions.
Step Three
Watch your child's communication skills grow! Ideas are given for home practice to support your child's progress toward their goals.
Speech 4 Kiddos accepts the following insurance plans: Regence BCBS, Kaiser, Pacific Source & MODA.
We also provide superbills to families who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement for speech therapy services. Please call your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network reimbursement.

Our welcoming pediatric therapy clinic is located in NE Portland, OR. In person therapy sessions are fun and engaging, and family members are always invited to join in the process. We look forward to showing you our space!

Teletherapy is a convenient option for families. Our virtual therapy sessions are full of interactive activities that will keep your child engaged. Online services are accessible to families anywhere in Oregon.
